How does it work?

We operate on a weekly order cycle, with our online shop opening five days prior to delivery for our customers to place their orders. Our current delivery date is Thursday (subject to change). Please ensure you have your orders in in time for you to receive your weekly veg box. If you click on our link and don't see any of our produce, this means that our shop is closed for order processing (harvest and delivery) and you have missed that week's order cycle. Please check back soon for you to place an order for the following week.

Please note, we only deliver locally withing a 10 mile radius of SY14! At this moment in time, if you are outside of our range, we are unable to supply you unless you collect from the farm directly.

Paying for your produce

Once you have decided on the produce you would like for the week, add it to your basket and proceed to checkout.

You have three options for paying

  1. Pay by cash (available only to those who collect from the farm)
  2. Pay by BACS bank transfer. Please ensure that your payment goes through before the delivery date to avoid compromising your order. If you have any concerns about your payment going through, please don't hesitate to to get in touch
  3. Pay online via online payment method (Stripe). For online payments, Stripe charges a transaction fee. To avoid this fee, payments via BACS bank transfer is always an option.

How do I get my produce on the day?

Once your order has been placed, we will harvest and pack it for you. Freshness is incredibly important to us, so we try our best to harvest, pack and deliver all on the same day, so that you receive your produce at the peak of freshness. This can be dependant on weather; if it is hot on our delivery day, we might start harvesting the day before to ensure our produce is not exposed to prolonged heat.

There are two ways for you to receive our produce. You can select your chosen method during checkout.

Collect from the farm.

Once all of our orders have been packed, you will receive a text from us to notify you that your order is ready for collection. This will usually be at some point after midday (and is subject to the volume of orders we receive that week). You can then come and collect them from site at your convenience on the specified day.

Our postcode is SY14 8DH, see our contact us page for a map, or here's a google maps link

Once on site, please ring through, to notify us that you have arrived as we might not have seen you. We will then bring you your produce. Please bring a bag with you to collect your order.

Delivery (within 10 miles of SY14)

Once all orders have been packed, Tristan will set off in our electric van to deliver boxes to the local area. Unfortunately, we cannot give a specific delivery window, as delivery will depend on the volume of orders and temperature of the day. If you are not in, you need to give us instruction on where to leave your box (this can be done during checkout). We do not recommend us leaving your box on your doorstep as our produce is heat sensitive and even 30 minutes in the sun will massively reduce the lifespan of your produce. We recommend nominating a neighbour or choosing a suitably shady spot for us to leave your box. If nobody can receive it, we recommend a leaving a cool box out for us with a reusable ice pack. This should keep your produce fresh and crisp for hours. If none of the above is an option, please consider picking up from the farm instead. We will keep your box in our cool room for you to pick up at your convenience. If you are concerned with how you can keep your produce fresh on delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch
